Orders are processed at a rate of 98% within the working day and dispatched the same evening. Our aim is to always offer an efficient and fast service. We also guarantee this through longer picking times until 19:00.

Yes, we have our own IT department. We offer integrations with common e-commerce store systems, ERP systems or customer-specific solutions. Our systems are designed to fit seamlessly into your existing infrastructure.

Our comprehensive returns management offers you and your customers a worry-free solution, whereby we only need your specific product information once in order to set up the processes. As soon as we receive a return, it undergoes a thorough inspection process in which the condition of the product is carefully checked. If the product is in perfect condition, it is carefully prepared for resale and returned to stock.

In the event of damaged items, we immediately initiate an efficient processing procedure. We ensure that the affected products are replaced quickly and that replacement deliveries are sent to your customers without delay. This minimizes waiting times and maximizes customer satisfaction.

For items requiring disposal, we guarantee environmentally friendly and professional disposal in compliance with all applicable regulations and ecological standards. We take responsibility for the entire disposal process, relieving you of additional work. On request, we can also provide you with detailed reports on the condition and whereabouts of the returns so that you have full transparency over the entire returns process.

If goods are damaged during transportation or storage, we get to the bottom of the cause. Our processes ensure that such cases are resolved quickly and efficiently. In the event of damage, we are liable in accordance with our GTCs of Liechtensteinische Post AG and its brands.

Yes, we monitor all goods around the clock with security cameras, access controls and security personnel. This is how we ensure that your goods are always stored safely.

Our advanced software ensures that you are proactively informed as soon as your stock levels approach the minimum. In addition, our dedicated team ensures constantly optimized stock management and, at your request, we also offer a monitoring system for the shelf life of your products. This allows you to plan actions in good time, for example to reduce stock levels with an approaching expiration date through special sales.
