INPUT OF GOODS
Your goods are ready for dispatch after 2 hours on average
Your goods will be delivered to us or we will collect the goods from you or your supplier ourselves. The choice is yours.
Before we deliver your items to the designated location, the entire delivery is inspected for external damage. Spot checks give us an insight into whether all items are in perfect condition. Any damage is clearly documented and reported to you immediately.
If required, we can even take care of call-offs from your suppliers during operation. So you never have to worry about stock levels and orders again.
STORAGE
With real-time stock levels and shelf life monitoring
Each item has specific requirements for a storage location and storage type. Our logistics experts cater to your individual needs and provide the ideal environment for your products - whether non-food, food, clothing, electronics, raw materials or fitness equipment. In our logistics centre in Schaan, we find the right space for everyone.
And very important: there are no fixed costs for you. You only pay for the space used for your products - every day!
ORDER PROCESSING
From order receipt to packaging
Your customers' orders are imported directly into our system and processed by our team. We print the required receipts, pick the items and pack them professionally. On request, we can also include brochures, flyers and other advertising materials supplied by you.
We offer you numerous special services as part of order processing. We will be happy to show you these options in a personal meeting.
SHIPPING
National und international im gewünschten Tempo
Speed is the be-all and end-all today. What is ordered today should ideally arrive at the customer's premises tomorrow. Thanks to our direct connection to an extensive network of service providers, this service is one of our greatest advantages. Because we guarantee that orders placed by 19:00 will reach your customer anywhere in Switzerland the very next day.

RETURNS MANAGEMENT

If the trousers the customer has ordered do not fit or if he has ordered the wrong sewing machine, he can return them without any problems. We take care of incoming goods, quality control and preparation of the products. You define what we do with the returned goods? Put flawless items back into storage, destroy damaged goods. Just as you like it.
